Sue Isaacson, the founder of Clarity Coaching is a leading UK Personal Development and Business Performance Coach. She holds a Post Grad Diploma in HR Management and an Advanced Diploma in Coaching, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, qualified Myers Briggs and Insights Discovery Practitioner and a licensed trainer with The Coaching Academy. Her career in Human resources includes 15 years in senior international roles in blue-chip and medium sized businesses with 5 years at The Walt Disney Organisation, working closely with corporate legal teams.

Jan Springthorpe is an experienced coach, trainer and facilitator with a long track record in managing people and performance. She is a qualified Coach, Performance Management Consultant, Lexcel Consultant and licensed trainer with The Coaching Academy. Jan has a Master of Science in Public Sector Management and for more than 10 years was the National Training and Development Manager for one of the UK’s largest law firms, working closely with partners, managers, lawyers and support staff.
